Amanda Bryan, RYT, has been practicing yoga for 17+ years. Amanda integrates her knowledge of the body and energy systems with her gratitude and respect for the practice to stimulate, repair, and refresh the body, mind, and spirit. Using deep concentration breathing, Amanda's practice strives to balance. Yoga is a practice, never a perfection.
Amanda is also trained in Thai Yoga massage, a NH licensed massage therapist and certified a Reiki practitioner.
Deb’s journey to the wonderful world of yoga began in 2005 when her Chiropractor informed her that yoga was an essential part of keeping a neck injury from taking over her life. She started with basic classes and then found a wonderful teacher who taught her Baptiste Power Yoga. After another significant life change, she came back to the mat looking for something that met her where she was then. She returned to Hatha classes, and credits Jessica Labbe, RYT-500 for starting her love affair with Yin Yoga. She has since completed an intensive training under the guidance of Joshua Summers, RYT-500 through the Yin Yoga Teacher Training Foundation. Having spent most of her life avoiding all things athletic, it is a huge shift to have trained with Maureen Miller E-RYT 500 and Yoga NH for her Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour status. Deb is Level 1 certified in the Usui System of Reiki Healing with Reiki Master Teacher, Karen Cerato. The last couple years have brought significant health challenges, making her even more aware of the importance of yoga and the ability to modify one's practice. She embodies what she believes: anybody can do yoga.
Teaching is my passion and I believe learning can happen anywhere! I can bring the learning and fun to preschools, rec depts, gyms, hiking trails, farms and more. For 20 years I have taught in many places but particularly in the rec world where I have been able to use my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction to develop lessons across many subjects and themes.
Through Paint and Play Miss Jen will bring the fun to you. Whether it is dancing with ribbons or tearing paper for collages Miss Jen will keep your students excited and busy.. all while learning along the way!
Jessica Labbe's mission as a yoga teacher is to inspire others to chill out. She is the former owner and founder of Jeca Yoga and has a strong passion for helping people master their ability to calm the mind, both on and off the mat. Jessica utilizes the years she spent evaluating hundreds of spines as a chiropractic assistant to efficiently assess the safety of her students in postures. As a former New England radio personality and television voice-over talent, she brings a soothing voice to her classes that enhances the calming atmosphere she creates for students. After finishing her 200 hour yoga training with Maureen Miller of Yoga NH, she went on to complete 300 hours of a yoga therapy curriculum with YogaLife Institute and has also studied under teachers such as Cora Wen, Josh Summers, Lisa Flynn of ChildLight Yoga and more. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys travel, clean living, cuddling with her rescue cats, and helping women feel comfortable and confident through fashion.
Julia Morozova-Soto, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, has been studying Yoga in
the Iyengar tradition since 2001. It was love at first class and she knew she
would teach Yoga someday.
Julia started teaching in 2005 and soon realized that she would be a better
teacher if she had a deeper understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology.
She also felt that helping people heal was her true calling. Julia quit her
corporate job and went to school for massage therapy. Her training allowed her
to better understand her students’ abilities and needs. Julia assisted in and
taught Yoga for Parkinson’s Disease and Yoga for Women Health classes.
She has studied with many senior Iyengar Yoga teachers and attends a weekly
class in Brookline, MA, taught by her beloved mentor, Patricia Walden, one of
BKS Iyengar’s most talented and senior students.
Julia’s classes are a blend of serious philosophical discussion, precise asana
instructions, compassionate observation and adjustments and humor. She
encourages students to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of
Yoga as philosophy, science and art.
Lacy C. is a military wife who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She started going to a restorative yoga class with her Mom and was hooked after that. She is 500 hour certified in Hatha yoga and holds a certification in prenatal yoga and postnatal yoga. She holds a certification in Mindfulness as well, which complements Hatha yoga flawlessly. She is an experienced instructor in Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, mommy and me yoga, and vinyasa yoga who has a deep passion for helping practitioners find the style class that they love. Lacy believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings.
Nadine Mack combines her natural intuitive skills with her education as a, massage therapist, Reiki master, and NGH certified hypnotist, to facilitate the body and minds ability to heal. She blends and separates hypnosis, massage, and reiki techniques. Each serving different therapeutic purposes based on your goals for each session.
Terri, RYT 200, Reiki II practitioner has worked in the nursing field for more than 31 years. Her passion is taking care of people and helping to bring them to a place they never thought possible.
. Terri graduated from The Yoga NH 200 YTT at Banyan Tree and has training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Terri is passionate about teaching that there is so much more to yoga than just the pose.. Her classes will guide you through a soft and gentle approach to yoga .
Brittany Hall is from New Hampshire where she graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2018 with her Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in private practice and school settings, and recently opened up her own business, strOnger Together, LLC, based out of Nashua, NH. Brittany has a certification in Pediatric Yoga, where she hopes to make an impact in children's physical, emotional, and mental health through this practice!
